Stacks of Noblins is a small encounter generator for ARC rpg, and also a twist on Stacks of Goblins.
A bunch of Noblins have ventured out of their tunnels to collect some objects of desire. Generate the Noblins in the stack and either have them encounter the party in ARC or play as them using the rules in Stacks of Goblins.
